BELLEVUE, Washington, July 15, 2004 -- ChemPoint.com has signed a new lease for 26,000 square feet of office space at One Bellevue Center in downtown Bellevue. ChemPoint will be relocating 75 employees from its current 11,000 square-foot-space in Factoria later this year.
